Love, Sex, & Men:

What Every Girl Should Know

The #1 Thing to Keep Away From Your Vagina!

It may surprise you to learn that the number one thing to keep from your vagina depending on your age, is sperm, but not for the reason you may think!  HPV is naturally attached to the head of sperm in males, and all females will get HPV once they become sexually active, regardless of the type of sex they have:  oral, anal, vaginal, or hands only.  Thousands of women die every year as a result! They die because, according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), they began sexual activities too early in life; before their immune systems were mature enough. Years later, they develop cervical or some other form of cancer associated with HPV.  If they are old enough and healthy enough, the body will kill the virus on its own, without vaccinations or medications.  How young is too young according the CDC?  Get the answer in Love, Sex and Men: What Every Girl Should Know.

Another reason to keep sperm away from your vagina, regardless of age, is that it is loaded with oxytocin.  Oxytocin is often referred to as the "love hormone." Females and males start out with approximately the same amount, but estrogen intensifies the effect, while testosterone weakens it.  The more you like him, the more your body produces this love hormone from within.  You associate that good feeling with him.  Hold his hand; produce oxytocin.  Have sex with him; produce lots of oxytocin.  Each time he induces you to release oxytocin to mix with your estrogen, you become more attached, more in love, and loyal to him.

The reverse is not true.  Oxytocin does not affect him that way; not nearly as easily as you. Studies show that while there is a chance that it will make him more loyal if he's already committed to you in marriage or something similar, he will not become more committed to you if he considers himself single.  In sperm, studies on oxytocin focus on how it aids in motility, erection, and ejaculation; not on how it affects the females it enters.  However, we do know that oxytocin affects women in many ways from childbirth to bonding with others.

Kiss a man and his DNA can be found in your mouth; so I don't think it's too far of a stretch to imagine that when his sperm enters you, with his DNA branding you on the inside; that in addition to the oxytocin being released from within you, the oxytocin you get from his sperm could possibly cause you to fall in love with him even more!  Biologically, you have his "name" written all over the inside of you! He may literally become a part of you.  So if you don't want to fall in love with the wrong man, you might want to keep his sperm away from your vagina; at least until you know him better!
